Status, resolution and final locks
Use the default lifecycle and understand Accepted/Denied restrictions.
Default flow
Draft → In Review → Reviewed → In Implementation → Implemented → Accepted; Denied is an alternative final outcome. Resolution records why or how the item concluded.
Final states
Accepted/Denied block popup and inline edits, links, deletion and CSV updates. Returning to a non-final status resets reviewer decisions to pending.
