User and system administration
Manage users, memberships, audit, email, timezone and AI settings.
Users
Create, activate/deactivate and reset accounts. Prefer deactivation to deletion for traceability. Initial passwords must be transmitted securely.
Audit and license
Audit records administrative and domain actions with user and time. License shows plan, limits, storage and features.
System settings
Configure SMTP, sender/test recipient, application timezone and AI endpoint/model/prompt credentials. Never publish secrets in screenshots.
