Export evidence and embed a document-scoped traceability table.

PDF and RTF

PDF preserves controlled layout and is preferred for released evidence. RTF supports downstream editing but complex tables and images may differ. Export historical evidence from the frozen version.

Document traceability

The Traceability toolbar action inserts or updates a table for work items used in the document. Choose scope and type filters, then refresh it when links change.

Project matrix

The embedded table is document content. The matrix in chapter 018 evaluates all project work items and provides conflict filtering and its own PDF report.
