Shortcuts, troubleshooting and checklists
Use all application shortcuts and diagnose common issues.
Keyboard shortcuts

| Ctrl+P | PDF export. |
| Ctrl+Z | Undo. |

| Tab/Shift+Tab | Table navigation; create final test step. |
| Escape | Close top modal/popover or format painter. |
| Enter | Run project search or send AI prompt. |
| Shift+Enter | New line in AI prompt. |
| Ctrl+mouse wheel | Zoom image preview. |
| Shift+right-click | Native browser context menu. |
Troubleshooting
- Missing action: check role, membership and license.
- Locked editing: check final status or foreign lock.
- Invalid trace link: check rule, direction and project boundary.
- Save conflict: reload the current collaborative state.
Release checklist
Resolve comments, complete reviews, verify status/resolution, close trace gaps, complete test evidence, create a labeled version and inspect its PDF.
