Backups and restore
Create, download, restore and delete controlled database backups.
Create and retain
Create backups from the admin view and store copies outside the application according to retention, encryption and access policy.
Restore
- Make an additional current backup.
- Stop user writes.
- Restore the selected backup.
- Verify sign-in, projects, documents and work items.
- Reopen access.
Concurrency
Restore is an administrative maintenance action. Do not allow concurrent edits while the database is replaced.
