Assign project members as reviewers. Assigned users accept or reject; rejection requires a comment and creates an open work-item discussion.

The sidebar boxes count review states, not work-item status.
Filters
Filter by review state and reviewer, and optionally hide filtered blocks inside the document. Quick Review appears only for the assigned signed-in reviewer. Accepted work items lock reviews.
